Would it be better to get a paint pen from a car dealership and touch up the scratches that way

I may need to replace the original Dometic 310 commode in my RV. 1. Can anyone suggest a toilet? One that is easy to repair and does not leak!!!! 2. Has anyone recently got a dometic 310 and does it have the same problem of any leaks between the base and the porcelain bowl.
