    2013 Landmark San Antonio $20,500 has had hail on the roof and slide seals need to be replaced.

    This RV is priced low because of hail on the roof and rubber seals needing replacement on the slide-outs. There is no damage inside and there is no damage to the fiberglass on the outside and it's always been non smoking. It could probably use a coat of Dicor rubber roof sealant. The mileage on...

    ATF: Landmark - Smoke coming out of grill above pantry

    Well, I found the problem. It appears someone put a screw where it didn't belong.There was a 3" long screw in the top left of the breaker as shown in the picture. It eventually melted that side of the breaker. I replaced the 50 amp breaker and all is well..at least we didn't die.

    Last night smoke alarm went off..Smoke coming out of grill above pantry. Shut down bedroom AC and it stopped. Need to know what might cause this. Might be a wiring problem..could smell something burning. Thanks for any help. T. Litz

    GFCI now has no power coming into the line

    GFCI now has no power coming into the line...anyone know what could have happened..all the breakers and fuses seem fine. :( went to change out gfci breaker plug and noticed no power on either line..in or out.
