Contacted Heartland Customer Service. They said they have never seen anything like that before. Have to take the Unit to an authorized Heartland dealer for evaluation. Called and made an appointment to have it looked at. We'll know better then.
The first time I waxed the unit I noticed a wavey line in the fiberglass finish at the top 4" about 8' long on the drivers side top rear of the 5th wheel. It had to be viewed from a ladder at just the right angle to notice. The finish appears to be sagging from the application of the fiberglass...
Thanks for the reply. Some folks here in the RV park say there is more stress on the blind strings when in the down position. But from what I've read on the forum is not to expect the strings to last more than a couple of years w/o needing to be restrung. Does that sound right?
Hello everyone. Just signed up as a new member. We have a 2 year old Prowler 5th wheel. We are getting different opinions on how to travel regarding should the blinds be in the up or in the down position when going down the road. Can anyone help settle this? Thanks
