Welcome!
My Cyclone 4007 has a four-recliner sofa. Each is an individual piece and they lock to each-other at the base, then each piece is anchored with a single screw in to the slide floor. Extend the recliner footrest and there's easy access to everything.
Thanks for all of your comments! I do have the Schwintek style (now that I know what that is) and there is a 're-timing' process detailed on the Lippert website. Will give that a try first before going any further.
Thanks for getting me down the right path!!
I would LOVE to have my garage free for 'toys'. However, we are full-timers and both work remotely. Converted the garage in to our office so we're low on available space. Although that seems to be our only option at this point. We could probably make it work for space, but we'll have to shed...
Thanks for this info. You are right ... I will be too long to tow another trailer. 65 feet seems to be the common max length in most (if not all) states.
Hello everyone,
2021 Cyclone 4007 with the 'double' bedroom slide. The outside slide travels out just fine. However, when we pull the outside slide in, one side seems to move faster than the other when it first starts. Then the slower side stops, like its getting hung-up or the slide isn't...
Hello fellow RV'ers!
Considering adding a receiver hitch on the back of my 2021 Cyclone 4007. Initially for bikes but could also turn in to towing a small trailer.
I know ... toy hauler ... put everything inside the garage, Unfortunately, we are nearing our weight limit and would really like...
Thanks for the responses everyone! I have fairly easy access to the drain and vent ports in to the tank so will do a test and fill-up the tank and watch to see where the leak is coming from.
Hello fellow RV'ers ...
2021 Cyclone 4007. Need a crash-course on waste tanks.
Noticed some bulging in the front underbelly of our rig. The 'sloshing' sound when pushing up on the underbelly confirmed it was water. Dropped the front underbelly to drain the water and took off the basement...
Yeah... mine went pretty well also. I ended up using the trim from the window in the old wall for most of the trim. Only had to make a couple small pieces to finish.
Hello everyone! Our main living area TV (55") is mounted above the window and I'm looking at getting a drop-down mount to get the TV to a better viewing angle. Has anyone done this before?
In doing some research, the RV-specific ones (MORryde) seem to be too small for a 55" TV and I'm...
Thanks all for your comments and suggestions! I will replace the ASV but that's an easy-access fix. More urgent fix was that the elbow connection from the flush line in to the black tank itself wasn't screwed in all the way and was leaking. Frustrating that it just needed a couple more turns...
Same situation for me. My window arrived before the new trim ring so I used my old trim ring temporarily. Worked just fine.
Note my post above about the new trim ring having more screw holes than the old one so had to order more screws.
Good luck!
Hello RV'ers!
Trouble-shooting sewer smells in our main bath. We seem to be getting sewer odors coming from the anti-siphon valve on the black tank flush line. Is this common when the valve fails? No leaking water ... only odor. We also get a clicking sound from the valve when using the...
BTW ... the new inside trim ring from Lippert came with more screw holes than the old one so had to track down more screws that matched the existing ones. Couldn't find in a local hardware store, so ordered more from Amazon. Turned out to be a perfect match! Here's the info if you need it...
