Pink fluid draining from both Dometic AC’s??

The cooling system on the current crop of AC units is supposed to be totally sealed. Plus you said both AC's are emitting this fluid? I would think its odd that both units would start to leak, but if its actually coming from the AC's it might be refrigerant oil? Or you have some type if contamination in them from flying pests. I would pop off the tops and inspect them to see what you can see.

Kinda hard to tell from the photo but to me that doesn't look like pink fluid so must as rust. Lots of things in and around AC's (especially the plastic covers and support frames) are held on with screws with no protection beyond some thin paint. It's easy to scratch and it doesn't take long to rust especially in wet or salty climates.

I would clean that area really well with some Clorox Cleanup and/or Simple Green (spray, let sit 5 mins, then rinse really well) and wait a few days, running the A/C as much as you can, then check again.

Had a similar stain track on our roof from the AC pan. Didn’t affect its operation over 11 years, so it must have been corrosion being carried along with the condensation draining from the pan and running across the roof to the side.

If yours was loosing oil or coolant, you’d probably hear it making noise and/or not cooling.

Very possible it is a biological growth. You could clean the coils and they make drop in tablets for the sump to kill growths. We see this sometimes in industrial systems. Called "Pink slime" .

Reminds me of the bright colors of waters that you see in salt evaporation ponds due to natural algae growth.
