Does your fridge have an icemaker? Owners have reported leaks from that. Another possibility is the fresh water tank. It has overflow ports at the top to release water if it gets overfilled. That tank is usually under the galley area.

Are you hooked up to shore water, or boondocking?

Depending on your actual floorplan, you may need to drop the underside cover closer to the kitchen area to get an eyeball on any leak in that area. Some other thoughts are a plumbing leak under the sink, dripping onto the bottom of the cabinet. Maybe a loose faucet connection or drainpipe. Do you hear it dripping only after flowing water, flushing the toilet, icemaker (if equipped) running? Is the sound constant or intermittent? Has it rained heavily recently? Isolating exactly where the drip is hitting a surface may help. From there, you may be able to follow it to it's source.

Our one major water leak issue was from the inlet connection to the hot water heater. It had cracked and was running out, for how long not sure but long enough to cause damage to the flooring. Section of the floor had to be replaced.

The plastic check valve at the outlet was another known failure point. Mine never failed while we owned the BH, but I had a brass replacement on hand, just in case.
