I have been all over the underside of the rig and I can not find the fresh water tank drain. No blue line hanging below on the off door side near the axles. The only line I find is between the axles coming through the frame that appears to be a tank vent/overflow. Did Heartland just screw up and leave it in the belly somewhere? Can anyone else with a bighorn provide approx measurements to location and the weatherproofing is riveted in and before I start tearing into it I would like to know the approx area

My first thought is that its there, just not coming thru the coroplast. So yes, maybe someone didnt install it correctly. On my last four fivers from heartland the drain was located just behind the drivers side rear most tire. The fresh water tank is usually above the axles, so the drain should be in that area.

Mine is as sengli said .... rear of the driverside rear wheel about 10" in from frame.
Hey im having the exact same issue on my Heartland 39mb. I have crawled the thing a couple time and see nothing. There is something similar to a drain valve but its not in the place i would expect it to be and it has no valve for release. Its near the passenger side rear tire
Was yours found in the underfloor? or clarify a bit more if possible. Its driving me crazy.

Sounds like the pipe you found is the overflow valve for the tank, also should be one on opposite side. The drain should have a valve on the end to prevent lose of water. Most likely not put through coroplast from factory . If you are able to unbolt the coroplast on the driver side. Small section .. you maybe can look in yo see if it’s laying on top of coroplast by the tank.

Thank you very much for the advice. I wasnt thinking about the mystery line being an overflow line.
I will be sure to pull the coroplast away a bit and peek in and see if i cant see it on the drivers side. It must be tucked away or else it was never installed.
Here is a photo if the line that is popping out right now. It is white and has a 90 degree fitting on it with no ball valve to release the water. It is on the entry door side near the center jack stand. It may help to mention that my fresh water tank is holding water right now too. However, there is obviously no water coming out of that line. Which is all the more reason to believe that it is probably the overflow. Ill update once i pull back the coroplast. Thanks again

I think you are correct. vent/overflow tube. I will be searching behind the coroplast to see if the release valve never got through. Thank you

Go and get an inspection camera and run up there to see if you can locate the drain. I found one at Menard's for $30.00 and it has become a handy tool for such research.
No a bad Idea! I will update this post sooooon! I have been traveling a bit and havent had time to roll under the 5th wheel and remove some coroplast to peek in and see if the drain valve was covered. We ended up just pumping it all out for a quick fix. Update soon to come!
