Cyclone 3600 inverter?

Hello. I'm new here. I am widowed now 3 yrs. and my late husband was the solar guru. I recently bought a Cyclone 3600 and want to put in a LiFoP4 battery. I have researched to see if I can just install the battery but not sure how the batteries are charged.I can't seem to find any information on the schematics of the wiring. I know that I need a higher voltage to charge this type of battery. Can anyone tell me where I can find the charge controller to see what the charging volts are.
Thank you.

the RV already has an onboard battery charger built into its electrical circuits... you should find it in behind the power distribution panel (get to it from behind a panel in the basement?).....
you could call the manufacture with the serial number and see what they installed, but as NO ONE knows if a previous owner has changed any thing.....

you seem to be aware that a lifpo4 battery charges at a different algorithm than flooded/gel batteries do, so you will need someone to either reprogram the charger you have (if its re-programmable), or replace it with one that has the correct algorithm in it....

as for the title of your post, an INVERTER is an "add-on" device that can be used when you have a big battery bank, or solar, or both.... (2) 100amp lifpo4 batteries is a reasonable size, and the minimum capacity that should be used with a 3000w inverter...... which, the inverter then "inverts" the 12volt DC power into 120volt AC power, so that you can watch tv, or run the microwave, vacuum cleaner, ect... without being plugged in to a power post or running the generator..... or, in hot weather, you could run the air conditioner, but I would recommend if you want to run the AC without being plugged in, you need about twice the battery capacity, AND solar panels.... because if you dont have a power post to plug into, and you run the AC til the batteries are dead, you are all out of power until you find a way to replenish them...

Thank you. Good information. I will look for the charge controller and see what it is. Cyclone 3600 come from the factory set up with an inverter and solar panel connections. The only thing that runs off the inverter is the residential refrigerator. I have purchased a 200amh LiPo and want to get installed.

Well I found the converter. It is a Inteli-Power 80amp. But now I need to buy a remote pendant to get the optimum voltage to charge my batteries. My question now is, If i put one of these on and put it on boost to charge my LiPo will it automatically drop the voltage when it is charged up?

I've been using the Charge Wizard on our 80A converter for 4 years. All it takes is a press of the button to bulk charge.

When the CW is manually selected for bulk charge, it does so ~4 hours. The converter then drops back to it's specified automatic charging rate.

If your batteries still need more charging, simply press the button again for another ~4 hours of bulk charging.

Whenever the Lithium batteries get close to fully charged, their BMS will automatically taper the charge down to a float level.

The battery BMS is a regulator to keep batteries from overcharging, and also will completely shut the battery down to keep from getting damaged if too low on power.

Thank you! I was hoping I wouldn't have to buy anything else. I love this place. LOL So much information from REAL life situations.
