the screws are in the top of the blind. you don't have to take the valance off, there are two or three screws holding blind . when you look up under valance you should see them, you might have to feel for them. I just removed five of them and replaced with 2'' blonds.

your furnace runs off the 12 volt system that runs off you battery which is charged by your converter so you will be ok.

if light stops working first thing to check is wire connection they used to small of wire nuts on red and white wire connections pull them apart to check. they will look ok and move with other wires if you just shake to test them. I found out the hard way after I had ordered a new controller.

you will not be sorry about buying a progressive ems! I had one 30 amp on my north trail and it saved me several times with av parks bad wiring. progressive is the best on the market it not only is a surge protector but but test rv camp power, low voltage, low amps, etc.

I had a north trail that we replaced the couch with lazy boy recliners. they were not wall huggers because they were to big for the unite. our north trail had two slides an the recilners had to be pushed back so they would clear main room slide, they worked great!

I was in home depot today and they don't carry them any more. they are made of recycled rubber tires, you might go on line to find them. they work great!

I use plastic they are lighter to handle and take up a lot less room. I bought a rubber mat at home depot 1" thick and split it down middle. I put this down on gravel or ground and then put plastic blocks on rubber. this keeps from damaging plastic blocks and you don,t have to dig mud or rocks...
