    Unit Not Charging While Traveling

    I have a 2018 Ford F350 that I pull my camper with. I noticed that I am not charging my camper when in Tow. Last night I tested my 7 Pin Adapter on the truck and I am only getting 7 Volts out of the 12 Volt pin. I am not sure where to go from here. Has anyone had this issue before

    Thank you David! I think it is even a bigger issue than that. After toeing the rig for 8.5 hrs the other day when I reached the site the battery was already dead. I had to connect to the 50 AMP source to even drop the legs. It really feels like I am missing something very obvious. Again...

    I have a brand new 2025 Cyclone 4008. If I park my unit, turn the Battery disconnects off the batteries are dead after a day. The unit has solar panels as well. What am I doing wrong. I don’t want to keep jumping my unit.
