My shower pole (on which the shower head slides up and down) on my BH3670 has come loose at the top. Happen to anyone else? There seem to be two threaded screws/bolts through the shower wall that won't let it come completely lose. Can I just caulk it to hold it in? Looking for suggestions...

So we've diagnosed the problem with our BR slide on our 2013 BH 3670. The threaded part of the cable that goes into the block on the chain broke. Prognosis is we need to replace the cable, then adjust. We had a local mobile tech come out. I'm a little concerned he really doesn't want to do...
