I took the one made by Reese apart. When I split it apart one side had all the working parts and the other side was just a cover.Does the cable feel like it still has tension on it? Its rather basic once you get it apart.

Just saw the pictures of the new lighter wood offering - Honey Maple ! Very nice and will help with that claustrophobic feeling that many have with the darker wood. But... on the other hand... I do NOT like the coffered ceiling look! If a lighter "airier" interior is the goal, the addition...

I like this exterior color, the dark front cap will hide the bugs (some) and the light sides will help keep the interior temps down.

If I remember there was a demonstration at the national rally of sealant products and their product looked just like that when applied and would cure after a few days and shrink stretching the rubber membrane back tight.

What got me started on this subject a friend of mine has a DRV and we were measuring them side by side. If you could take the roof off of his DRV you could set my Landmark inside his DRV.

Mine was doing that,I had to realign the fabric by removing the screw in the rail and sliding the fabric about an inch.

I would like to see the Landmark body widened to 102 inches. That would allow deeper slides. And take it to a new level above the Bighorn.

Kathy - Ken can get a large bundle of towels from one of the guys at the shop for cheap. I think they would be great for the animal rescue. Looking forward to seeing everyone, Ken wants you all to know we now have disc brakes, so no more worries about stopping LOL

I had that problem in my Landmark,found the vent pipes did not exit above the roof under the vent caps. They where short and vented above the ceiling and under the roof.The wind directional vent caps cured the problem.

Amen!! I agree wholeheartedly - and have been saying that for at least 2 years now. Hopefully this trend will change and shift to lighter, beach-house colors/styles sometime soon.

The thing I noticed about this particular floorplan is that there is not a lot of storage - anywhere in the unit, not in the bath, the bedroom, the kitchen or the living room. That might contribute to the "open feel" but where do we put our stuff?

I seem to remember hearing that there was some road construction scheduled for the area near the fairgrounds - is that going to be an issue or maybe I just dreamed that up?
