Not sure how the calendar on the forum updates.
Here's July:
Here's August:

Glad to know the Ohio Rally is the only thing going on in August. Expect everyone to be there!
Put us down for our kitchen sink falling in our 2013 BH3670, releasing from the middle almost drooping. Not looking forward to doing this repair, but I know it needs done. <sigh>
If you haven't RSVP'd yet, please let me know so I can let the restaurant know tomorrow morning before we get there. (They're closed today). This will be the only event of December. We'll get rolling again in January.
First event of the season!
Tuesday, December 8, 2015 @ noon
Moby Dick's Restaurant
517 S Alister St
Port Aransas, TX 78373
(361) 749-9447
They are closed on Mondays, so please RSVP either here by replying to this thread, PM me on the forum, email, or on the Winter Texans FB page by Sunday at...
I've updated the opening thread as the park is closed from November 1 to April 1. All of you waiting until next year to make your reservations, you'll have to wait until after April 1st.
Have a great fall & winter.
The Valley (or our preference the Coastal Bend) of Texas is not an option for all Buckeyes, although I've never winterized our rig in 5 years so I understand what you're saying.
Best way to cure the winterizing blues: Start making plans to join a Heartland Owners Rally in 2016!
In addition to supporting our Heartland Chapter Rally: OH, Brookville - 8/19/2016 to 8/21/2016
make sure to support these rallies that have posted and are very drivable from most everywhere in...
Great rally! Connie and I would like to thank Dave and Nancy for the work they put in. Great catching up with everyone.

Thinking of you guys. Hope you have a safe run back to Big D. I40 from Memphis to Little Rock will test things out for running on a rough road.

Connie and I enjoyed seeing everyone. Dan and Karen did a great job.
Safe travels home. See you again somewhere warm.

Thanks, Trace.
Yes, we will be coming from OKC (Buckeyes v Sooners 9/17/16), so we will continue through Amarillo, ABQ, and Flagstaff en route.
Called CG yesterday, got the fill in weekend team. "Not taking September 2016 reservations yet". Said Tami will call me back when she comes in.
I will...
Congratulations on the new Landmark. You'll find lots of great information on the forum.
Make sure you take a look at the Heartland Owners Club and check out the North Texas and South Texas rallies later this fall. Hope to see you at one!
1. Recliners with Heat and Massage. -- nope.
2. Central Vac or Dyson Vac -- central vac is a bit cumbersome, but do like it. DW would rather have a portable.
3. Day/Night shades -- wish they were better quality cords, but absolutely love them.
4. Residential Fridge with ICE & Water in the...
Hesitate to post this. I'm sure I'll be told if its appropriate.
Looks like we're going to play at Heron Creek Golf Club in Lagrange on Thursday morning, 9a-ish. That way if the weather is against us, we have Friday morning to fall back on.
Let me know if you want to go with us.
Had the pros come today. Also an RV owner.
Basically, he said a bit of what farside291 said. The secret is to find where the came in from, bait them to there with this poison that makes them want water, then the water combined with the poison kills them.
But you want to draw them low, so...
Not only that, but you can take a look at the reviewers OTHER reviews. Are they always whining about Wi-Fi? Do they seem to ALWAYS have trouble with the people that check them in? Are they ALWAYS getting lied to? Do they always say every place is the best place they've ever stayed?
When we...
Here's an update. Pulled the light far enough down to see the springs, got them out and here's what I found behind the light in addition to a lot of styrofoam snow.
I don't know if that's insulation or hair.
I do know that as I was getting ready to take another picture, either the birds...
I am talking about the 4" diameter light fixtures. They do pull straight down, but only about 2-3" and then there's a lot of resistance which I'm consider are the wires.
I did think about about the speakers up front, which just unscrew. My new question is, there is styrofoam around the...
