Am willing to bet being a slide within a slide, it's a Schwintek system. I agree w/ dahillbilly's post. Have you applied the lube to tracks recommended by Schwintek? Have heard reports of motors going south or outta sync. Many use the Schwintek system, IMO, not the best and we have one...

Could also look into what semi trailers have/use. Probly wouldn't be cheap.

Bostrum (sp) used to make seats for semis. Boston Accustics (sp) makers of BOSE sound systems I think make seats for semis. National seating. Not sure if any make seats for pick ups, but worth a try.

What are you looking to air up? If just for the rig and RV, many go w/ ViaAir. Others use lil pancake compressors.

Congrats!!!! We have it's sister version, '18 3560SS and like you, love the room and 2 fireplaces.If it doesn't have wet bolts on suspension, highly recommend getting them.

Shootin' from the hip here, but is it possible they breakers themselves are to blame?? Too weak capacity? I know I replaced the 50A ones w/ 80A and have direct power cable from battery to them. BUT this is for the main hyd pump. Again, just taking a stab at it.

Last year sometime I bought the said product for door armrest. Thing works GREAT! However, the sticky pad that the warmest sticks to has lost it's oomph and now the arrest doesn't want to stick to it. Can find a whole new kit from Amazon, but nowhere can I find just to get a replacement pad...

Progressive for the RV, Plymouth Rock (?) for auto, home and snowmobiles.

I've always just used the pink AF from Wal-Mart. Bypass the WH, fill all the lines via run AF thru them, add more where "P" traps are. Granted ours sits inside a building in winter (not heated), but it's still warmer than being outside. Been doing it this way since '05 and no problems.

I don't have this feature, but how do you get water thru it normally? If it was me, I'd add whatever water line attaches to it and run AF thru it like you would normally til the AF comes out. In spring do the same thing to sanitize it.

How about Couch's RV Nation? I Know they carry Big Country. We traveled 500 miles 1 way and saved close to 9 grand for ours. Been very pleased/happy w/the rig.

I too would want to see if rig would be taken back to HL for them to repair. OR, have dealer fix it, then turn around and trade it in. OR just simply trade it in now and be done w/ it altogether.

Contact dealer or HL for suggestions as well.

Knock on wood we've been fortunate by not having any issues w/ the Schwinteks on our 3560SS. I did post/inquire as to wether or not anyone has heard or used a product called Vroom Slide System that essentially replaces the Schwintek with what seems a more robust product. Doesn't look to be cheap...

I too buy mine at the diesel pump when needed. based on my driving and miles per year, I usually only get it couple times/year. So probly sits in truck longer than it does at fuel stop. No probs.
