Don't know any place in Deming, but when we were in Goodyear, Az. we used this place:

In Yuma, I went to Wally World for some RV stuff:

one other place to try in Phoenix area:

At the top of the page go to "TOOLS", then to "Heartland Owners Manuals". Go to "Heartland Trailer Manuals" Click on the "Year".
Page 58 & 59 shows a rough diagram of the freshwater system.
Manuals are very generic and show a little detail, just basic information.
We have a 2018 Road Warrior, since October 2017.
We had an issue with the inlet to the water heater cracking and causing a leak with floor damage. We also had a spring hangar, right rear breaking the weld. Another issue was we had a side wall crack from the big slide in the upper left corner up...
Keeping the batteries charged with a 15-amp outlet thru the converter, can work. But if you are only plugged into a 15-amp outlet, why not use a battery tender to maintain the charge.
The generator will charge the batteries when it is operating.
If you have either AGM or flooded batteries (lead...
A converter takes the 120VAC and changes (converts) it to 12VDC. The converter does charge the batteries. It should be located near the batteries or near the breaker panel in the rig. To test to see if the converter is working, you need to use a multimeter and read the voltage across the battery...
The transfer switch for the fridge may look like one of these:
Our transfer switch was the 2nd style.

Which one are you talking about? Is it the black tank or gray tank valve?
Black tank is a 3" valve.
Gray tanks are generally 1-1/2" valve.
If possible, post a picture so it will help.
Dan54, when you go for the PDI (walk-thru), take some couples of the PDI with you.
Story here, when we bought our Road Warrior, we were talking to one of the owners. When the discussion of the PDI came up, I handed him a copy of the PDI we were going to do.
We came back the next morning and...
Do what is suggested above. When it warms up, you may be able to thaw the low point drains from underneath the rig using a hair dryer. After thawing, you may need to insulate the low point drains.
Our awning lights are on the awning tube, and there is an inline fuse in one of the awning support arms. These are the arms on the side of the rig, the fuse is under the removal cover.
When it is very cold, we fill our freshwater tank and run the water pump. But we also run the furnace to have heat in the underbelly area.
With it that cold, disconnect and empty the sewer drain hose to keep it from freezing. Same for the fresh water supply hose, fill your water tank and run...
Heated underbelly is no more than a duct run from the furnace that ends in the space.
Not sure, and I do not think so, but if the rig has low point drains, and if these are exposed, the freeze up can go upward into the rig.
These outlets are daisied chain together. So, an issue could be upstream from that outlet.
The inverter would only power your fridge, but still check the GFCI on the bottom of the inverter.
If the GFCI in the basement is good, start looking for a bad wire or burnt outlet. Since you said it was on for about an hour, and a heat dish, could have damaged the outlet.
Not sure about the warranty since it looks like you are about 8-9 months out. Talk nicely and see if there is anything they will do for you.
I would talk to them about everything, advise them of the photos if they want the pics.
We had a side wall crack on our 2018 Road Warrior in 2020. This crack was on the left upper corner of the big slide.
When did you purchase the rig? Will it be covered under the 3-year structure warranty?
The ATS (automatic transfer switch) will sense the power from the generator. The generator power is "priority" over incoming shore power. Therefore, the ATS will switch to generator power.
But, when I test my generator, I turn the shore power off, then start the generator. Like it would be if...
Here is some reading information about batteries:

September 2022, we went lithium battery setup, and it has...
On the door of the storage compartment there is a diagram on our Road Warrior 427.
In the "TOOLS" tab, then go to "Heartland Owners Manuals". Then go to "Electronics" then to "Coax Layouts". Then go to "Cyclone/Road Warrior"...
We have done the IS System from MorRyde in October 2020. It is pricey, at that time it was about $1000/wheel.
Another upgrade we really like is to disc brakes.
The window part number is generally on the frame. You may be able to call Hehr Windows. They are now owned by Lippert, but it is a starting point for information:

You might try Bontrager's in White Pigeon for a replacement window:
