Too much you can blow out the rear seal and get grease in the brake assembly. When I used the zerk fitting on the hub, I would use about 1-2 pumps, nothing more. Keep an eye on the rear and spin the wheel while doing the pumping on the grease gun.

I would think the "roof structure" would be where the seams are on your ceiling. You should be able to look on the ceiling and find the staples holding up the panels. Just a guess. But how do you plan on running power or cutting your roof membrane to install the power vents?

Which transfer switch do you have? Inverter would not make a difference on shore power. The inverter takes 12VDC and changes it to 120VAC. Some inverters have a GFCI outlet on the bottom. Check and see if this has tripped and if it has, reset it.

We had 2–3000-watt inverters, one for each leg. We also went with 960AH of lithium batteries installed. On the roof is 1600-watts of panels.

Post a picture of your water inlet bay. We have an Anderson Valve in our 2018 Road Warrior, and it has failed allowing water to flow into the freshwater tank. The tank did overflow, resulting in what you are seeing in our case.

Same thing out here in Yellowstone NP area. We have been here since mid-May and seen very few Heartland big end units.

When these are built, they use Styrofoam insulation in the walls, not the same as a house. You can probably add the pink insulation in the front/end caps.

We have owned our 2018 Road Warrior since October 2017. We have had 2 major warranty issues and Heartland did take care of our issues. One time Heartland paid for a mobile mechanic to come out, and the second time, heartland sent us to a shop in Gishen, Ind. for the work.

Between the batteries and the cutoff switch is a row of red covered 12VDC breakers. Some are auto reset and some manual. Also, between these and the batteries is a 50amp breaker 12VDC. Check these out and see if need replaced or are tripped.

If you are going to try to operate off battery, the battery cut-off switch needs to be turned on. But a little more information on the rig will help out. What model, year, are you connected to shore power, what are you trying to do?

Good chance it is the park issue. If you have a generator, try running the Ac on it to see how much the draw.

When you get this repaired, go ahead and have the welder install some gussets to help strengthen the hangars. If the one is bent that much, make sure the other 3 are not damaged. Any doubt in your mind, change these out as well.

It is a chance it is the park issue. But also, you said "it is hot here." so how crowded is the park and how big are the rigs on your circuit for the area. If the park is very crowded, it could result in low voltage, especially in high heat with everybody running AC units to cool down.

If you look in the 120-vac breaker box, there probably a breaker labeled "Converter". Start looking there for the on/off breaker.
