we have a 40' 5th wheel with separate garage and love it, gives us enough room to do what we want. looked at other models without the garage & decided not for us for long term trips(over winter).
from the tools tab above, https://manuals.heartlandowners.org/manuals/Slide_Outs/Rooms/BAL/accuslide_service-manual.pdf will tell you everything regarding the Accu slide system good luck
should be able to order wet bolt kit for whatever pound weight the axles are rated at 7,000 lbs or 8,000 lbs. Is there a tag on the axle itself, that will have the weight on it. I got my wet bolt kit from Morryde for a 7k axle. Also installed CRE3000 equalizers at the same time.
looking like a defective valve seat in the T/P. Take it back & get a new one. At 10 psi the should never weep
It is adjustable, yesterday I dropped the incoming pressure to 10 PSI, then ran it up to 60 PSI. Ran water then lowered it to the normal 50 PSI. Still weeps. Grrrrrrrrrrr!

from your picture pray the cable to the breakaway switch will work correctly when needed!! I'd either rotate the switch upward (direction of pull) OR just let the cable lay out forward to the hitch. If you're worried about the cable being to long & that's why you have it wrapped around the hitch...
thought I saw a posting where they raised it back up like you have done & re-installed the fascia with better nails/screws to keep it in place. Good luck
that's what keeps the tanks from sagging/dropping down. Larger self-drilling screws will work BUT if possible, use bolts with self-locking nuts instead. Know problem with tank supports.
about all you can do is continue looking, wrap paper towel around a hose or two try a function & look at the paper towel. Process of elimination done that many times on logging equipment hoses & yes hoses will seep/weep before they burst. Good luck.
Have almost same identical unit 2018 Torque 327, love our unit. Only issue we've had was leaking windows in the garage. Two were replaced under warranty & now the egress one is leaking waiting for warmer weather to try resealing it. Can't help you with the #2 grey haven't had any problems with ours.
FROM THE TOOL TAB ABOVE https://manuals.heartlandowners.org/manuals/Slide_Outs/Rooms/BAL/accuslide_service-manual.pdf. This will tell you all the information you will need to know about the system.
from the tools tab above all you will need to know regarding the BAL cable system, they do need some slack in the cables; https://manuals.heartlandowners.org/manuals/Slide_Outs/Rooms/BAL/accuslide_service-manual.pdf
have a 2017 Torque 327, this is a 40' 5th wheel toy hauler with two slide outs. Only issues we've had are leaking windows which was taken care of under warranty. I've added disc brakes & wet bolt kit, changed tires to Hercules 14 ply, we love the unit.
Anyone installed the new Lippert ladder receiver on their RV. I know that the receiver is not a aftermarket item; only installed at the factory on new RV's according to Lippert. Looking for what fasteners you might have used. Cross posted in other forums.
most likely one leg isn't working/connecting from the gen to the panel. Check those connections on the ATS. If you are handy with a volt meter & working with live electricity check voltage in & out of the transfer switch.
Loke Dave stated find a repair shop that does alignments on big rigs & pay them. You will save yourself lot of headaches, sooner or later they will tell you it's not covered under warranty !!!
shackle in pic #4 should be the same as in pic #5; I would screw together couple of 2x8 boards stacked on one another with a tapered end to back up on; even a third one if needed & long enough for both sets of tires to sit on
Does it work off wall switch? If not check for voltage at motor when switch is activated with 12 vdc tester. Check 12vdc fuses in fuse panel. If you have voltage at motor then gonna be the motor,
2018 Torque 327 only had two problems with two windows in garage that leaked. Warranty took care of that problem. Other problem was the shotty factory job of the ac ducts not being sealed at the air plenum and I repaired that.
this link https://manuals.heartlandowners.org/manuals/Slide_Outs/Rooms/BAL/accuslide_service-manual.pdf is from the tools tab above. user guides, explains all about the cable slide out systems; 1" slack is normal in the cables if I remember correctly. Read thought it for cable adjustments.
