We have a 2009 NT21FBS. The brochure stated the length as 24' 4". The actual length is 26' 8" (back of the trailer to the front of the tongue). Our trailer does not have the bike/cargo carrier. I don't have any information on the other model years. Hope this helps you.

We have a 2009 NT 21FBS and are experiencing some of the same symptoms. We have camped with the trailer for 2 seasons. I believe because of the thinness of the fiberglass skin we are seeing where it is attached to the super structure. Our fiberglass skin was smooth when we first got ours also...
