I have a 2012 Heartland Big Country. It has a button on the remote that turns on the "Docking Lights". There is one on the camping side, high toward the front and one on the docking side, over the water hookup.

My 2012 3595re Big Country has a fuse on the control board, in the water heater. The fuse blew and neither worked... That may not help, but there it is. Hot water would have been nice the week it taught me about how the heater works. This blizzard was rough;)

Thanks! But the problem is that I was told that there was 30A service at this location. We are heading there in a couple hours. I just found out there is no 30A service. So, shipping time wouldn't work for today... I guess I need to research more on a site, earlier. Cannondragger

Seems like good logic. I might need to check the tank level sensors... Do you know how to do that? How do they work? (Two metal probes that have a small current in them and the water completes the circuit?)
