This thread has been fantastic. I just lost my power cord hatch cover (on the way south to Florida). I was having a heck of a time finding one through the usual channels. I just called Heartland and they were fantastic and also pretty cheap compared to the alternatives.

My replacement window required the entire frame (3 part windiw) to be replaced. It was a major job at the dealership. It took a good part of a day and several workers (weight and size). Insurance paid - about $1,500.

I had a 2013 Road Warrior. We had some issues with the vacuum working correctly - the metal ring that Dan refers to can be temperamental at times. Clean up the connections, and if all else fails, you may need to turn it on/off via the breaker in the fuse panel.

The 3-way switch is particularly handy for winterizing .... stick the tube into the antifreeze jug while standing outside the coach and turn on/off the pump (while someone inside tells you the pink stuff is coming through!).
