Gremlins got my truck transmission this weekend, Not sure if I will have a tow vehicle yet to get my RV to/from rally. Truck won't get looked at until wednesday. I plan to still some how host the rally since I live in Iowa City.

It really depends on the type of solar panel that you have also. My panels generate pretty good power in cloudy conditions and more reduced power in rainy and shaded conditions including covered with some snow.. How much power depends on panel type, configuration and weather conditions, etc..
