We also have the 31BHD and love it. We found that if you point the furnace vent in the bathroom down, it goes under the door and into the spare room in the back. We also have a small ceramic heater we have used instead of turning the heat on. Both ways worked well.

We have had our 31BHD out several times and just discovered that whenyou pull the lever to clean the black water out, it lets the gray water out and when you go to pull grey it lets the black out. Has anyone eles experienced this issue?

We have a 31BHD and have had it out twice so far. Absolutely love the trailer, dealership and everyone within the North Trail organization has been wonderful to work with. Prompt answers to questions, always going the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied.

We checked several dealers and the best price was Terry Frazier RV in Eldridge, Iowa. They deliver all over the country as well. We were very pleased with sales, service and they continue to go the extra mile for their customers. Everything up to the delivery was handled on line.

We would love one too for the 31BHD if possible. Want to install a longer sewer hose holder but not sure where to best install it.

Does anyone have the length of the 2 slide outs on the 31BHD? Our trailer is in storage in Iowa and there is a sale at camping world on awnings for the slides. I have no idea what the measurements are but would like to try and order some.

I called 3 different dealers for a quote on the 31BHD. The first 2 were 100 dollars apart and the 3rd (The dealer I had purchased my last unit from ) was $2500 more. Needless to say, for that price difference I drove 245 to get my unit and it was WELL WORTH IT!!!

Thanks! That is something I never thought of as I never had to use it. Our old bumper had a cap on the end and the hose stored inside.

We will soon be purchasing a 31 BHD. Can anyone advise where you store your hose for the blackwater? We used to store ours in the rear bumper but with the nice design it does not look like it will fit. Thank You Karen & Mike
