    No more Prowler 5th-wheel RV's?

I was just looking at the 'new' Heartland website to look at new Prowler 5'vers, but can't find any. Just TT's. Has Heartland done away with the Prowler 5th-wheel line?

    8 Tracks and Cassette Players

I was supposed to hit the road this morning and head south to Las Cruces, NM or El Paso, TX... But there is a massive wind storm hitting right now (wind gusts up to 70 mph), so I decided to hunker down and ride out the storm here (better go dig out my old REO Speedwagon cassettes :p ). So I...

    Outside shower faucet freeze-up...

I've recently discovered that my outside shower must have frozen up and has been leaking under the coroplast (not sure how long). I am going to maybe tear into this issue today, but most likely tomorrow as it is supposed to be much warmer outside. Since I discovered this leak I've unhooked...

How do I deal with my snail mail?

Am now full time and will loose my street address this Tuesday when the closing on the house happens. I plan on leaving the state (Colorado) for awhile, and maybe for good! Haven't quite decided that yet. So, what should I do to deal with my mail?

Anyone out there using the Verizon Hotspot for internet access, how good is it. I'm used to having Comcast Xfiniti now, but will be moving on soon and looking at Verizon as a solution. I was at the Verizon store tonight and got pricing, but would like some feedback about it. Also wondering if...

    Heated Fresh Water Hose . . .

I will soon be in need of a heated water hose and have been checking them out at Camping World online . . . I've ruled out the 12-footer as I don't think it would long enough in many campsites, the 50-footer would be way too long in almost all sites, and the 25-footer would most likely be the...

    2018 Sundance Recall . . .

Slide wall crack developing above window

Interestingly . . . I just discovered this crack in the fiberglass on one of our slideouts the other day: What is strange is that I was looking at photos from our last trip two weeks ago and the crack is not there (at least I couldn't see it in the photos).

Cell service - Should I stay or should I go?

We have had Verizon for over 15 years and so far we've been happy with their coverage, most especially here in the Colorado Rockies, where very few of the other cell carriers have had service in the past. However, we are now at the point where it is time to get new phones, but Verizon now is so...

    Can X-Chocks damage trailer tires?

After discovering a separating tread on one of our tires on the way back from the Las Vegas National HOC Rally last October, I've been wondering if this could be an issue. Typically when we roll into an RV park or campground and I install the X-Chocks, after the tires cool off some I have to...

ATF: Prowler - Placement of awning . . . design flaw? On our 2015 Prowler P292, the entrance door has a gas strut to hold the door open. However, this is NOT a good feature as every single time the wind blows . . . it not only rips the screws out of the side wall of the trailer . . . but the...
