My microwave makes a "crackling" noise when it's plugged in and not in use. The noise goes away when I unplug it. Has anyone had this problem? I'm inclined to think it's probably a leaky capacitor or partially shorted transformer.

How do I bypass the water heater on my 27RK?

Does anyone have a handy way to pour the gallons of bleach solution into the fresh water tank other than a funnel/hose combo? Seems prone to splashing the bleach places you don't want it to go. Something like a bucket with a hose fitting at the bottom. Thanks.
