OK....propane is working, checked that. Thermostat is functioning, checked that by switching with the secondary thermostat...neither works to turn on furnace. When set to auto, it will flash "furnace" as it is calling for it....but does nothing! When set on furnance...NOTHING! The thermostat...

Anybody ever have the secondary 110V rocker switch inside the water heater go bad? We lost hot water on the 110V side and DH traced it to no continuity in this switch....what could cause that switch to just go bad?? :confused:

Ok...never saw this before, but then we've never had full body paint with clear silicon caulk. The majority of the caulk lines have developed a black speckled mold....only in the caulk. Can't scrub it out...if you rub too hard the caulk starts to come loose! What's up with that and what do...

Need to spend several months...looking for a reasonable monthly rate...Mobile home park with RV transient sites OK. Only thing we found so far is Duncan's and they want $795 a month PLUS $200 for electric. $1,000 a month is NOT reasonable in my opinion....any ideas?

Ok...second time this has happened. After a rain, when the front is raised, we have some water that runs out of the pin box area...apparently water is getting in and laying at the bottom of the cap until it is raised, then it runs out. Where should we look for intrusion?? This never happened...
