I know the difference between "clean" and "dirty" ac produced by generators. What harm will/could be done powering the coach with less than "clean" power? Converter, microwave, TV, cell charger, computer,---
Staying in our 2009 Sundance with night temperatures in the single digits has been an unhappy experience; all water pipes freeze as do the drain lines. Since daytime temperatures do not get above freezing this has been a permanenty condition.
SOLUTION:
I bought 8 sheets of particle board...
We live fulltime in our Sundance 2800RLS which means we experience low temperatures in the winter months. Paying more attention to the positioning of water lines would help aleviate freezing when temperatures drop to zero. The run to the kitchen should be repositioned close to the floor and...
Yes, it does happen on the Heartland production line and we are the happy owners of a new Sundance which has proved to be 100% trouble-free on the first 2000 mile leg of our 5000 mile shake-down trip. Comparing our new Sundance to our previous 2008 3400RL Bighorn, the air distribution from the...
I just purchased a 2009 Sundance 2800RLS which came without a TV. I wish to install a wall mount and by tapping on the wall over the TV counter I detect some backing. Are measurements available which define the reinforced area?
I just returned from the Spokane RV show and noted that the Bighorn (I have one) still has those miserable excuses for door catches on the mirror sliding doors. The Sundance which I am purchasing has nice, easy to use, non-sharp catches. How about putting a posting on this Forum offering the...

I have a 2008 3400 Bighorn (#1046) with a Trail Air Hitch. I am considering purchasing a Sundance 2800. Will I be able to switch the standard Sundance pin box for the Trail Air off the Bighorn?
I also follow RV.net forum and notice what seems to be an explosions of Bighorn posters. As a relatively new owner of a BH 3400, it looks like I made a popular choice!! I wonder what the actual Heartland numbers show? ;)
On edit: The "thumbs down" smiley was in error...mis-red the keys...
I just completed an inexpensive modification that takes most of the pain out of making the king bed in my BH.
The BH came with a particle board box lid on which the mattress lays. The particle board is rough and NO WAY would the mattress slide on it.
I purchased ($15) a remnant of vinyl...
I am considering the purchase of a new 3400RL from LAKESHORE RV in Muskegon, MI. Is this a good dealer, trustworthy, honest?? Thanks for your help; I live 2000 miles away in beautiful northern Idaho where competition is not in the dealers' vocabulary.
