Solved - Trail Runner 30SLE Furnace quit

Re: ATF: Trail Runner - Trail Runner 30SLE Furnace quit I'm happy to say I got it fixed at General RV, they took care of it and did it under the Atwood 2 year warranty. The unit did have to be removed from the unit, but they didn't really have time to tell me how they did it, the tech was...

Solved - Trail Runner 30SLE Furnace quit

Re: ATF: Trail Runner - Trail Runner 30SLE Furnace quit Cleaned it out pretty good, vacuumed and blew out the vents. No luck. No luck on getting anyone to believe I had a 2 year warranty either. Sighh. I keep getting told the TrailRunner has a 1 year warranty, even by the Coldwater, Mi...

Solved - Trail Runner 30SLE Furnace quit

Is there an easy way to get this furnace out? I was told that even though I bought it new less than 1-1/2 ago, that the unit is probably not under warranty due to it sitting on the lot for a while. I purchased the unit 12/23/2014. The heater blower motor comes on for about 5 seconds and then...

2014 Trailrunner bunkhouse - Heater issue

Hi all, I am trying to figure out how to remove or access the circuit on the furnace heater. It appears the sail switch is malfunctioning or something is blocking it. There is not an outside access panel. Has anyone accessed this before?

First long trip - 3000 miles roundtrip

Drove to New Mexico from Michigan. Good long trip. Only thing I would defiantly do is add a couple 12v power plugs in the front bedroom area to power fans. Boondocking in Walmarts was a little warm.

    Fill Gages on the outside

Ok that makes more sense then. I didn't see anything in the books about filling the tanks other than DON'T OVERFILL the tanks in big bold letters every where. I had assumed (wrongly) that if the water got that full it would go places you didn't want it too. That will save a lot of time not...

    Fill Gages on the outside

Exactly what I was thinking, if not a full set of gages, how about just a green "Full" light? It would make things easier for about $10. worth of parts.

    Fill Gages on the outside

That is a pretty nifty item, just think that for a design idea improvement, gages that the guy filling the rig could see while he was filling it would be a nifty idea. I setup my rig alone sometimes before the wife and kids get to the camping area.

    Fill Gages on the outside

I own a 2014 30SLE, and started using the tanks for the first time. It was a bit of a pain to have to open the slide, and have someone in the bathroom when I fill the fresh tank. According to the owners manual this is the way you are supposed to do it Seems cumbersome.

ATF: Trail Runner - Shore power for 110 only?

I had thought that there was an inverter on the unit that would allow me to run small items from the 110v outlets via an inverter running off the battery. Do I have something hooked up incorrectly? The 110 outlets are only live when connected to shore power.
