Has anyone ever modified and raised
The sewer drain outlet/ plumbing on tjeir 3270rs camper ? Mine is under tje fram, and is so low , the campground sewer inlet is often higer than my campers outlet !!! I hate " walking down" the slinky !!!!
We are experiencing a foul order in our camper when my wife runs water in th island kitchen sink.
I have replaced the air admittance valve from one that came from Lowes.
It was $25 so I presume its a good one. Hasn't helped.
I bought an endoscope that connects to my cell phone and ran it down...
Took my inlaws ( 81 / 90 ) to Branson for a week so I Installed a Stromburg Carlson handrail on my rig
to help them up and down
the steps. Worked Great.

HA HA HA...I went to Wal-mart, bought a 3/8" teflon cutting board,
put a couple strips of 2" masking tape...took the top bracket off, traced four patterns...cut them out
( drilled the holes first )..cut them out. I also took a knife file..and cut a vertical groove on each so they would not hold...
Here is a couple of shots. handrail closed, and a view to show how far it comes down in relation to the steps. Also, one shows a "gap" between the vertical brace and the door handle ( the 3/8" shims from S.- C. would allow it to rub and I didn't want that )

Stromberg-Carlson also makes an extended rail system AM-533 , that mounts exactly ,and has the same footprint as the original. It extends out 25" ,and down 36" i believe.

Thanks....We opted for the AC-544
Industrial handrail. it didn't come with shims..so I made my own. The factory shims are only 3/8" thick which wouldnt work for my application. mine are about 1/2".
which lets the vertical brace clear the door handle. Plus there are 4 holes per bracket so I had...
Well. Its a done deal. Made my own shims. The shims Strongburg-Carlson supplies in only 3/16"
which won't allow the handrail to fold closed without touching the door handle. Mine are more like 1/2".

had anyone installed a Stromberg
Carlson AC-544 folding handrail on their Big Horn , or Landmark ?
it goes out 36" ,and drops 45" for a more stable hand hold all the way up the stairs

yes porthole...there is a three prong male plug wired to a terminal strip. this terminal strip is wired into a double-pole throw-over switch, which also has an ac source feeding it as well. That way..when you are on shore power you feed the fridge plug from the normal ac source.
when you are...
that's correct. The reason for the GFCI is probably
for liability issues when their inverter is used for a different application, other than an RV reefer outlet, because according to code,
a GFCI outlet is not required for an inaccessible or dedicated
outlet ( such as the refrigerator )...
exactly. seems useless..unless
the gfci is there for liability issues when their inverter is used for a different application.

i bought the tire carrier on line and mounted it just behind the
spare tire carrier. I had to bend and weld some 3/8 cold roll round stock to some square tubing ,then weld it between the tubes of the carrier to hold the
" blue bomber" in place. the carrier zip-screws into the frame
