Mike at Heartland was great to offer us help and solve our issues. He saved us a 2hr ride to a Camping World and we used a local RV dealership for the repairs.

I have a 2018 M28 that pulled away as well first time we used the awning. Quick 30 minute repair and I was told that sometimes they make the holes to big at the factory or just plain strip them out. Fixed it with something similar to a toggle bolt at Camping World. Works great now.

Thanks for all of the input. We decided to spend a few extra $ and get the Pathway X2. A friend has one and the choice of the 2 arcs has improved his reception dramatically. We tried to purchase it at Camping World to get the free Wally but the lack of any type of customer service there...

Getting ready to jump into the satellite world and these are the 2 options for antennas we are looking at coupled with the free Wally at Camping World. Is one better than the other?
