Most cable drives have the motor behind the bottom or top fachia (sp?). The motor is not usually the problem with a cable slide. They are actually pretty reliable.

I read this and have no clue what you are talking about. What is a spring board chassis? I don’t see anything broken in the pictures.

The cable system is intricate and difficult to repair (been there with a broken cable). I ended up letting a professional shop repair mine.

If it’s like my 2011 Grand Canyon, the slide motor is behind the bottom drawer of the nightstand. Impossible to get to with the slide in. Try getting into the available space between the slide out and bathroom. While someone presses the switch for the slide, use your body to push outward on...
You should be able to get your VIN from the dealer. Then call Heartland Customer Support and ask about your configuration.

I use a 3 stage from them. Vary the filter types depending on the water supply where we are. Always use a 1 micron and carbon filter. Rotate the third between a 5 micron, and iron/metal trap.

Have you checked to see if both valves on your external shower are completely closed? If the cold is partly open, it can mix into the hot water lines and cool down the water.

I got the same story from Lippert. Bob Teige is the original developer of the Auto-Level system. He has recently gone back to work part time for Lippert as an “on the road Ambassador” or something like that. I’m going to try to get his phone number from Lippert. Our auto-level works once...
Re: 2021 Goshen Rally - Discussion Thread
Yes. We’re the second RV in the picture. The Bighorns on either side were already there. It was “fun” getting in.

You’ll see far more negative posts on any site because people just don’t tend to post their positive experiences, and many will complain because a screw was loose.

Hi Jim, on the road across from the Vendor Hall can be very tough to get in and out of also. Believe me, I know from experience.

I’ve always had great use from Goodyear’s. Bought 4 in June from a Goodyear Commercial store in Minneapolis and they were only two months old. AND, they paid for all the repairs to my RV when I had a blowout a few years ago. Don’t think Sailun will do that.

Re: interior light switch?
In mine, they are hidden above the overhead cabinets. If they have stopped working (like my under island ones), you’d never know they were there.

You can easily replace the screen material. I would recommend lexan instead of plexiglass for the inserts. Costs a little more, but much more scratch resistant.

Just as a point of reference, I replaced my welcome home fluorescent bulb in our 2011 Landmark with an LED strip and everything still works fine. All else being equal, I would suspect your switch/timer are compatible with the LED light, but that there is a slight power leak to the light. I did...
Re: interior light switch?
In our 2011 Landmark, a similar switch turns on a LED mood rope light above the overhead cabinets.

Those are weep holes. They are there to let out any condensation/water that gets behind the glass or in the lower track. You need to occasionally check them and make sure they aren’t clogged.

Right now there are no travel bans to TN, and I doubt there will be any in June or Sept. a lot depends on where you are going. If you are going to the Pigeon Forge area, Sept is a huge tourist time due to leaf changing in the Smokies. June would be my preference.

Our Whirlpool washer has developed a small leak. It’s coming from the bottom of the washer, so I suspect it’s pump or internal hose/line related. Before I start tearing into it, just thought I’d check to see if anyone else has experienced a similar issue and what you found.
