    Preparing to buy another RV

I have been out of the RV market for approximately four years now, owning a North Trail then. Before that I owned a Trailmanor. With both these units I was very pleased with the original quality control and the eventual quality of the products upon usage, sometimes HEAVY USAGE of the RV's...

Wifi (internet) at campgrounds - your experience..?

I am having a dickens of a time finding the right people/technology to help us up at Trackrock (Blairsville, GA) that can address the wireless internet coverage (100% of the time) for our entire CG. Is this a problem everywhere?????? What is your experience with internet service at...

    21st Century 5ver

IMHO as I live in a NT (Heartland product) we are pondering our eventual upgrade to a 5ver or even a motor coach. Now I have not shopped or even began the task of comparisons on a motor home as yet but have been quite diligent with TT and 5vers in my previous and up-date quests. I started this...

Trackrock Campground & Stables Blairsville, GA

Saw a BH leaving on Sunday. I could not see the model. (Didn't know they were even here!!!!) I am staying on through the winter as a Work-kamper here. I just can't leave, it is just so beautiful. A lot of people winterizing this past week or giving it "one last camp" for the season.

    North Georgia Mountains - Trackrock!

Trackrock Campgrounds & Stables is where I first came to visit on a regular basis but now I am a Work-Camper! (I never want to leave!!!) I have finally set-up a Facebook page for pictures with interactivity for all that pass this way to see what a gem this privately owned 310 acre paradise this...

    Need replacement part

Sorry for the email but if you would contact me via PM I can give you my CC and shipping info for the part. My plastic "Turntable driver" cracked somehow on my oven. I do not have cell service at the campground, only WiFi. Thanks, Ron Smith

    BH Sighting I-75 Southbound Friday/Florida

Mile marker 407 around 1:54 pm. Did not see the TV or the model number as I was too busy looking for "smokies" zooming my way home (AFAP) from Orlando business trip in my car.

    Heartland Supplier Feedback (Half-time Oven)

Well the issue with my Half time oven not working started out as a fiasco but I must say I am actually "TICKLED" by the customer service and support from the supplier ("MIDWEST" I believe). After discussing the problem with "Bob" for troubleshooting to ensure it was indeed a non-repairable...

Special Order with no Consumer Electronics?

Can I order a discounted Eagle Ridge without televisions, stereo and speakers but wired for them so I can just add my own equipment? No offense but I am an audio/videophile and have my own equipment.:D

    Sanitation

"Just to show how people see things differently: at dump stations I've seen people run 5-10ft of hose into their black holding tank to flush them and then calmly coil the hose back on it's holder." "At camp I have seen too much as well with what people do at the fresh water spigot." I...

    Eagle Ridge - Weight Questions

Bryan: I just noticed the hitch weight on my brochure for the Eagle Ridge 34QSRL is 2350# is this correct? That may disqualify that model for my 2500HD. The BH 3385RL hitch weight is only 2090!

Fifth Wheel Towing Length and Wheelbase?

I know I am wearing all of you out but I swear one day I wil pay you all back by being more of a "responder" and active assistant in these forums than my current position as PEST! With a TT you take the TV wheelbase into consideration for the maximum "safe" towing length of your TT. Is this...

    W/D: Stackable or Combo units?

In the Heartland models is there room for either type and especially from you experienced Rver's out there which are the top models and which one's to stay away from?

    Difference in Heartland Models

Can someone tell me the difference in the models between: (Besides weight and cost) Landmark, Big Country, Big Horn, Eagle Ridge. (Is that the correct order?) I DO NOT CARE about appointments, fixtures and NON-UTILITARIAN add-ons, flooring, materials, etc. But ONLY things that REALLY...

Fulltime with a RV in the Winter - Ideas? Experiences?

Not to hijack a thread but this also may interest others while on this subject: (I am a relative newcomer to RV life (4 years) and am looking forward to an Eagle Ridge 34QSRL someday to FULL-TIME IN) What is a FULL-TIME unit then if Heartland dos not make one? What is the diff?????? The...

    Options and Second A/C question

I keep seeing "options" on 5vers that I don't see listed on any factory options sheet? How can I get a list of what IS AVAILABLE as an option at least for the Eagle Ridge series? We are hot-blooded couple so we definitely want the second A/C for the bedroom: What BTU is it and it is of...
