From what I heard from the Redwood salesman, the Redwood is the only original rig built by Thor. My sister/brother in law bought a RW last fall and they love it. It's a lovely coach. They moved their size down from their previous coach, from a 36' to a 31' and they are very pleased with it...

As a fellow owner of the "classic" '06 3400RL Bighorn I welcome you to the classic club. We have had ours since new and never a problem. We are lucky in that respect...when we think about buying a new one we think how well the '06 has served us and continues to serve.

I just heard from our fellow DE Heartland owner that DelMarVa service is extremely slow. Unfortunately that's the only dealer in our area selling Heartlands, and they don't even sell all the models...just the BCs and the Prowlers from what I can tell.

Ditto what everyone else said. We bought our BH 3400 from Butch and Karen in 2006 and it's still riding the road to this day! We had a great experience with them. Lovely people. We did the free camping weekend also compliments of them.
