CO monitors, smoke alarms, radio plus other devices will have cause this drain on the batteries. Unless you install a battery disconnect OR just disconnect the battery cables they will go dead!
make sure the converter is getting 110vac at the input; then check the converter fuses on the 12vdc output. If no output then the converter is the problem.

have the last six numbers of your RV VIN handy when you call. I had to call Heartland to get the ball rolling for repairs few years ago & this wasn't at CW.
internal leak in the valve you will not see. It's fluid leaking past the valve seat or seals in the cylinder. Cookie in post #2 stated hid problem well & how to check into the issue.
you have a wiring problem for sure I'd start looking at the outlets where something was plugged in then the breaker panel by removing the panel cover & checking connections. Make sure all of the 110vac is OFF. It could even be wiring inside a wall I've heard of screw going though the Nomex wire...
discovered the following & wondering if anyone knows a way to resolve the problem; While using the King OTA roof antenna pictures are nice clear UNTIL the roof vent fans are turned ON, the more fans I turn on the more static/interference on the screen to the point you cannot watch the TV. Once...
sounds like suction side of pump is sucking air, check loose connections & make sure the filter is tight on the pump. Has to be between pump & tank; otherwise you would see water leak Good luck
I've seen postings where the opening of the tank is blocked with poo or plugs when the tank openings were drilled out with hole saw from factory. I would try black flushing via the dump point opening, hopefully this will push/force blockage back into the tank, then when water is shut off drain...
remove Brown wire from gas valve & check for voltage while the ignitor is clicking. If you have voltage that's good. Make sure the black wire to gas valve is grounded. If those are good then check the gas valves for continuity across each solenoid. Are you seeing a spark in the flame tube when...
hopefully you have the display screen. Some units come with just the mounting enclosure for a camera on rear of the RV. Look for a camera lens, if none seen the nit's just the mount for a camera.

if the ignitor is clicking & sparking but no flame then the gas valve isn't opening. Sail switch has to close to comlete...
check the 12 vdc fuse for the water pump. Not familiar with that model & it might have two fuses, one near the pump & another in the 12 fuse panel; these are the auto motive style fuses
call Heartland customer service & have last six digits of the VIN handy. They should be able to tell you everything about the unit including any warranty repairs made.
try dropping down the edge of the chloroplast so you can see inside; locate the valve & then cut triangle(two sides, hinged side to the front) opening in chloroplast underneath the valve. Make repairs & then tape up the opening with good duct tape. Good luck
look underneath to see if the fill hose/line disconnected or if the tank itself is leaking. Then decide what to do, should be a aluminum tank. They do have patching epoxy glue kits that work.
could mount it just below that center light & pull power & ground from that light. I did I just have to turn my lights on for camera to work which I like, that way I know my lights and brakes are working. DOT rules state that you have to those 3 center lights.
it's coming in via the pass thought compartment, I keep those compartment doors closed & that helps. If you decide to cover that make sure the converter has air flow to keep it cool.
