Erica... Furnace started to have issues from time to time with furnace not wanting to light. Suburban shipped to local rv repair guy that put the exchanger in the furnace and then I put furnace back in Bighorn.

Hi Dan... It will also not shut down when it's supposed too. Thermostat set at 70 and temp inside is 76! Drop it a degree and then it shuts down. It's driving me nuts!

Regardless why, replace it! Propane leaks are dangerous. That one is cheap and easy to replace.

Fan does not even come on. Does not happen very often, but of course it will be around 3:30 am! lol Replaced propane regulator today and it ignites every time now. (This was obviously a different issue / solved)

Not all the time of course, that would be easier to figure out. Furnace will be run fine, come on and go off several through several cycles and then it will "forget" to come on when temp drops below the set point (3 degrees or more). Any suggestions Thanks... Bret

Been there and done that a couple of times. The ultimate fix is to remove one quart of what's in it now and add one quart of Cat hydraulic additive. Be sure to exercise the system to mix it in good. Over a year...No popping noise !

Also check the rocker switch on the water heater (remove cover outside and look at lower left hand side) and the plug on the back of the fridge (remove outside cover and look for cord and socket). Good luck and let us know what you find.

Trying to find an 80 amp / 12 volt auto reset breaker for my level up system. Replaced the original breaker with a "Camco" 50amp about a month ago and starting to have issues again. Any suggestions? Thanks Bret

Found our shock nuts loose after about 2k miles (might have been that way from the start?). I tightened them up and no issues since (another 10k miles). The upper spacers look like they need replacing though, squished and cracked. (2014 Bighorn 3570RS)

Garry... Just connect it per directions. It will be a good selling point when you sell your trailer if you ever do. If you do, you will probably move up to a trailer that is 50 amp anyway and the emc won't work. When you buy a new Bighorn then buy a new 50 amp emc.... So easy for me to spend...
