Every Heartland I have owned, the torque has been 120 foot pounds. The lug nuts on my Landmark are 7/8. I have a craftsman torque wrench.

You can also meter the batteries to see if they are charging . . . should be around 13.2 Volts. If you are not under warranty and have to buy a converter, check the price on Amazon. It was a little cheaper than Progressive and Heartland parts.

Glad we could help and hoped it saved you a lot of troubleshooting. This is a pretty common problem. It is a good idea to carry a couple of spares of this one, because sometimes they seem to get weaker and blow more frequently. Normally, if I have to reset it a couple of times, I just replace it.

Also, there is a 50 AMP circuit breaker between your converter and the batteries. It is on the wall in your generator compartment. The breaker has a tiny reset button on one end. Check it first before checking anything else.

When I bought my Oshkosh I got all excited about it too, read the manual and downloaded the app to my phone, then went and tried to pair it to my phone . . . but there was no wifi option on the menu because as it turns out, Heartland only purchased the level up interface.
