Is the fuse blowing when you start to raise the legs or when you are almost fully raised? I had a similar problem with my unit but it turned out that the legs were bottoming out at the upper level. I had to mark the legs so that I didn’t try to raise them to far. Hope this helps.

Yes I tried new batteries,I finally took the lock apart and found that the motor only turns one revolution with the new circuit board but the motor turns 3 revolutions with the old board but only in one direction.RVLock is sending a new motor,but I think there is still a circuit board problem.
