Posting Links to Past Threads

Recently I wanted to direct a new member of the forum to some past posts. All I could do was give them the title so they could search for it.

I have seen members include links to past threads in their posts.......so that they could be clicked on and you are automatically re-directed........How do you do that??

bring up the thread on another tab, copy address and where you type message there is a paper clip icon that says insert link. Click and paste.

I just use the insert link button it is the globe with the chain-link under it

If I did this correctly........once each way suggested.......I should have two links posted.
