Pin Box

As I was backing the trailer onto the pad next to the house Sharon stopped me and said it looks like the trailer is buckeling around the pin box area. I have heard about this problem but unable to find anything under "pin box" in the search mode. The trailer is an 06 2925RK Bighorn. Is any one else having problems with this area of your trailer, and if so any soulutions?
