Waste water plumbing/check valve on city water outlet

We just purchased a 2010 Eagle Ridge 35QSQB and took it out on a "maiden voyage" this weekend and have a couple of questions:
How are the grey waste water storage tanks plumbed , is the 1/2 bath in the back the only one going into Grey#2 and the master bath / kitchen sink into Grey #1?

We were using water from our fresh water supply and discovered the pump running constantly - we found the check valve on the city water hookup had broke and our fresh water was running out the hook up. Can we order a new check valve or how do we fix that?

Great questions.

On the 35QSQB, there are 2 gray tanks, and 2 black tanks.

The front bathroom sink and shower go into the front gray tank. Toilet goes into the front black tank. The kithen sink runs into gray tank #2. The rear bathroom sink and toilet go into black tank #2. There is a seperate drain location and flush location for black tank #2. We were forced to place this tank in the rear because here was not enough pitch to run into the front tanks.

With regard to check valves, this should be covered under your warranty. Please contact your local dealer for more info. If this is not possible, please contact Heartland service and they can help coordinate. Check valves do go bad from time to time. Customer service 574-262-8030.
I hope this helps to answer any questions you have.
