We are by no means experts, but if you are seriously thinking about a purchase from Heartland, we'd like to pass on some information.
We struggled with the interior colour choices and the fabrics. After checking with the factory, we have found out that we can have the godiva dinette chair fabric on our sofa bed and the saddle recliners in place of the leather ones. And, have the wall border eliminated so we can install it where we want it.
Hows that for customer service?
