Added shocks to my Ultra-lite

It appears the heaver rated wheel-tire upgrade i made has made things bounce around somewhat inside our 5th wheel.
I'm hoping adding stocks will calm things down a bit. Found 4 Monroe Gas shocks at Rockauto.com for $60 shipped so this mod didnt break the bank. I did have to weld a upper support as my unit didnt come with the upper mount.

Looks good. Do you have enough room for shock arm to travel.?
At least you have them upright so they do so good.
I've seen SOB that have them almost laying down. just for looks but won't do lots as they need to travel to work and upright is the only way

They have 3 1/2" travel up in the resting parked position...the most i could get these short leaf springs to raise was 3".
Laying the shocks more flat does help with axle wrap (twisting of the axle) but since these arn't drive axles i figured straight up is ok.
