Leaking valve stem

So, the BH has been stationary for over a year, getting ready to finally move again. I was airing up the tires and noticed a leaky valve stem on one tire. Go through the whole process of putting the spare on and taking the original to the tire shop. Went next door to have breakfast while they fixed it. Came back to pay and they said 'No Charge'. It's a metal valve stem and the nut had just loosened up a little. Wish I'd known that before the whole tire change process, but maybe it will benefit someone else. At least now I can head to my winter job in Lake Placid FL safely.
