Flexible shaft for manually opening slide

Although this thread is about a electric slide not a hydraulic one I could not find a forum on the Electric slide. The Service Manual for the Accu-slide (page 14) states that to open the slide manually use the Flexible shaft in your owner's packet. I do not have such a shaft and the service department of my RV Dealership appears to know nothing of this requirment. Does anybody have the flexible shaft? Did it come with the unit or was it obtained from the factory.

Re: Flexible shaft for manually opening slide

My two previous trigs (SOB's) with Accuslide bedroom slides both came with the flex drive. Your dealer should know about this item. I would think that he could get one for you from BAL.
