Sticky slideout seal...

I have a year old cyclone and when I go to close the slideouts the seals stick, especially the top one. It will really hang up and then the slideout will pop pretty good then close. Is there something I should be applying to the seals to keep them from sticking?

Thoughts on de-sticking?

Doug, some people use silicone on their seals and some use a product called 303 Aerospace Protectant.

I use slide lube you can get at Wal-Mart.

I have been told the slide lubes in a can (which I used on my old coach) contain petroleum which will, over time, actually dry out the slide seals. Now I just use 303 and it seems to work wonderfully. Though, it is a challenge to do the top seals when you have slide topper awnings.

Clean every seal on the coach and apply the "303". You can also use 303 on the decals to help protect them from the sun.
