Well here I go again:rolleyes:. Spending time under our rig. My wife said today I have spent more time under the rig than in it.
But like I told her if I do it now and make it right. We will not be missing out on camping and rallies this summer because something broke or stopped working. I would rather fixed it now and make it right before we head out on the road. This way we will be passing the other folks that are sitting on the side of the road or mad because their rig is in the shop. I told her that I going to make it better than all of the other Cyclones and other Toyhaulers out there. I am well on the way now. I have around 40 hours under it now since I started the repairs last spring and summer. I have added more pictures of before and after repairs. Keep in mind this unit was purchased new in March of 2007. As always I must say we love the rig and no way would I get another make. Not now because the other manufactures will not be put together better than ours is now. I have over killed on all of my repairs from the water tank vent repairs, tank supports, wiring, under cover, painting of the under side, etc. I hope by putting my picture on here other owners having problems can get some ideas of how to fix there rigs and the things to look for under their rigs. Also I hope that heartland will learn what not to do to the new rigs. They do build a really nice rig but have a few sort falls. I just can not stand poor workman ship. This country use to build the best of every thing. People use to take pride in their work. I know I still try take pride in the work I do. ;)

Loco, my under belly has been off three times by the dealer. It will come off again this spring at my place because I did see the mess under there. How long would it take to make it neat and tie up the wiring while they were building the unit. Another....... 15-20 minutes?

Bill,
There is no way it would take more than a hour or so to run it right the first time. It took me one day to do it by myself and that was cut off all the extra wire, rerouting it, tieing it up. Painting all the rust from poor painting, putting in the new wooden cross members to hold the under cover. All while laying on my back in the grass of my front lawn.
