Awning Too Low

We have an electric powered awning on our Big Horn 5th wheel, and when we extend or roll the awning out to the proper position, our entrance door will not go under without hitting the awning. Just wondered if anyone else has this problem and how can we fix this. The manual does not help at all. Just wondering if there is an adjustment somewhere.

just a thought but ours have the option to adjust them to lower one side or the other. Maybe yours has both sides dropped and needs to be adjusted up. Just a thought.

What 2psnapod said. Look for a black knob on eash side. Hang on to the bracket and loosen it, then allow the bracket to slide up.
This is what you will use to tilt one side for rain runoff.
