Having A Good Dealer

The dealer you work with can be good or bad. I have been lucky to have gotten a very good one. They have been very helpful throughout our first year. Today I got a call from the service department to remind me that my warranty expires at the end of the month and if I have any problems needing looked at to get in before then.

Now that is dealer service. He is one to keep.

After posting this I went and did a checkup on the ElkRidge yesterday. I found a spot on back left side along the edge of the roof where the rubber is rippling in an area about 4' by 6". I called the dealer and they had me take pics which they sent to Heartland and got the ok today to fix it next week before the warranty expires.
