Sealing ramp door

Hi All ! JMHO but everyone should take a close look at the outside of their ramp door and think about getting some silicone and putting a bead around the aluminum framework on the ramp door ! Whenever you wash it or it rains water is going to seep in around the framework and that's not good ! I discovered this when i decided to change out the washers on the bottom hinges and found a ton of rust on the bolts and washers !

This makes me wonder about the ramp door failures that some were having? Could it be related?
