Moved Light switch out of coat closet

I moved the three switches for the living room and kitchen area out of the coat closet to above the fantastic fan controls
This was a easy fix , and for me I did not like having to open the door to turn a light on or off

I would like to do the same thing. Can not figure out why they put the light switches in the cabinet by the door.

I agree. Never could figure it out. Must be easier to wire it there.

I did the same thing years ago, that left a good spot for the remote pennant for the Progressive EMS.
