Height of 28BRS

I have a North Trail 28BRS. I went on the Heartland website and it has a height listed on the spec sheet of 10'2". Does that include the air conditioner on top as well? Only reason I ask is because I am looking to store my trailer at a new place and the guy is asking how tall it is to see if I will fit.

We have a 26LRSS. I measured an inch or so under 10' without the air conditioner, and 10'-11" with the air conditioner. So I have to believe the 10'-2" figure for your 28BRS is without the air conditioner. If memory serves me correctly the air conditioner added 13" to the height.
